DAY ONE
- Wolfgang Voigt arrives in Canada for the first time for the premiere performance of his legendary GAS project.
- Montreal audio-visual artist Herman Kolgen presents the world premiere of his latest work, IN/JECT
- French psychotronica act Turzi Electronic Experience touch down in Montreal for their only Canadian date.
- French disco-revisonist Pilooski crosses the Atlantic for his North American debut as headliner of MUTEK’s special showcase with Berlin’s CTM festival.
DAY TWO
- American post-rock duo The Fun Years travel north of the border for their first live set on Canadian soil.
- Ex-Can drummer Jaki Liebezeit, now in his 70s, makes a very rare journey to North America for this one-off performance with longtime collaborator Burnt Friedman.
- UK dubstep ambassador Appleblim touches down in Montreal fro his first-ever Canadian date.
- Berlin supergroup Moderat (Modeselektor + Apparat) make their Canadian debut
- Montreal ambient artist I8U presents a world premiere of new material alongside videographer Chika.
- Greek ambient artist Novi_Sad crosses the Atlantic for his first North American showcase.
DAY THREE
- Robert Henke & Christopher Bauder bring the magnificent ATOM project to Montreal for three performances that constitute a North American exclusive
- Sheffield duo SND arrives in Montreal for a one-off performance of their fantastic new album, Atavism.
- Tobias Freund and Max Loderbauer bring the critically acclaimed NSI to North America for just one show, the project’s continental premiere. They will perform to the visual accompaniment of Montreal’s Jimmy Lakatos.
- Montreal experimentalists Artificiel deliver the world premiere of their latest work, POWEr.
- Original Hamster and Nego Moçambique join up for a one-off live tagteam, a North American premiere.
- Berliners Jahcoozi touch down in Canada for the first time.
- Mike Shannon and co. lead a very special Cynosure 10th birthday party in the Savoy Room
DAY FOUR
- Hard to believe that Thomas Fehlmann and Trus’Me have never performed in Canada, but MUTEK is about to rectify that.
- After a long absence, Ryoji Ikeda and Carsten Nicolai reprise their revered cyclo. project for a North American premiere.
- Uwe Schmidt comes to Montreal for a North American exclusive of new Atom TM material
- France’s dOP and Germany’s tobias shake up the Metropolis with their North American debuts, while Mathew Jonson and Dandy Jack for their first-ever North American live show together.
- Meanwhile, American up-and-comers The Sight Below and Pezzner register their first Canadian dates, as part of MUTEK’s special Decibel festival (Seattle) showcase.
DAY FIVE
- Ricardo Villalobos makes a very rare North American appearance alongside Perlon boss Zip for a marathon DJ set in the park.
- Akufen plays his first live show in over five years, debuting new material that has yet to be heard anywhere.
